Tree of Life
What is the Tree of Life?
Most or all major spiritual
traditions and religions have a concept of the tree of life. For thousands
of years the notion of the tree of life has been taught and known in the Middle
East and elsewhere. Here's some of the oldest, if not the oldest,
information regarding the tree of life.
- Genesis
2:9
And YHVH Elohim made all kinds of trees grow
out of the ground—trees that were pleasing to the eye and good for
food. In the middle of the garden were the tree of life and
the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
Revelation
2:7
He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says
to the churches. To him who overcomes, I will give the right to eat from the
tree of life, which is in the paradise of Elohim.

3:13-18
13 Blessed is the man who finds
wisdom,
the man who gains understanding,
14 for she is more
profitable than silver
and yields better returns than gold.
15 She is more precious
than rubies;
nothing you desire can compare with
her.

right hand;

to those who embrace her;
those who lay hold of her will be

The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life,
and he who wins souls is wise.

to guard the way to the tree of life.

prophecy, El will take away from him his share in the tree of life
and in the holy city, which are described in this book.
